Pre-Production Planning

  • Understand the Property: Know the key selling points of the property (e.g., location, architecture, unique features).
  • Script and Storyboard: Outline the video’s flow, including key shots, transitions, and any voiceover or text elements.
  • Client Consultation: Discuss with the client their expectations, any specific features they want highlighted, and the target audience.
  • Equipment

  • Camera: Using a 4K camera that can capture sharp, high-resolution footage.  with a wide-angle lens to feature the entire space.
  • Stabilization: We film with the DJI Ronin RS2 gimbal to capture super smooth and steady footage  especially for walk-throughs.
  • Lighting: We bring additional lighting equipment if necessary, especially for interiors that may be dimly lit.
  • Drone: We film with the Autel Evo Pro II drone to capture aerial shots to showcase the property’s surroundings and provide an interesting and creative perspective from the air.
  • Filming Techniques

  • Walkthroughs: Create smooth, steady continuous shots that guide viewers through the property as if they were there in person.
  • Highlight Key Features: Focus on unique aspects like architectural details, custom features, or breathtaking views.
  • Time of Day: Shoot at different times (e.g., golden hour) to capture the property in the best light.
  • Interior and Exterior: Balance shots of both the interior and exterior to give a complete view of the property.
  • Editing

  • Color Grading: Adjust colors to make the footage look vibrant and appealing.
  • Music: We take the time to choose a royalty free music track that matches the mood of the property.
  • Voiceovers and Text: We addd voiceovers or on-screen text to provide context or highlight specific features.
  • Transitions: We use smooth transitions to maintain flow without distracting from the property.
  • Post-Production

    • Client Review: We allow the client to review the video and 2 rounds of revisions for edits or changes.
    • Revisions: We make any and all necessary changes based on client feedback.
